At this point in my life, it takes a lot of convincing to add another system to my inventory (larger than most and my life is super busy and I can’t enjoy them all)
I already own several 300 blk ar15 style systems, including a pistol version.
I really love my 10.5” 300 blk pistol and the sb tactical “brace”.
I’ve had the bug for a MCX for a long time. I’ve owned the sig556 (heavy…ak like). My main ar “go to war” system is a sig516. But, I felt I needed a 300 blk “pistol” that wasn’t as long as my sig516 with the can on it.
I almost made a mistake and bought the Sig mcx rattler canebrake. Last minute I found out the other MCX barrels will NOT fit the rattler nor canebrake.

Like most sigs, gen1 has a bug or two. So it is with the mcx. Thanks nutnfancy for getting that fixed.

A: I think so. You get in trouble putting a shorter than 16″ barrel on a rifle, but putting a longer than 16″ barrel on a pistol seems ok. What do you think?
Q: Can you shoulder a rifle pistol brace?
A: I think it depends and changes frequently. Best to put it on your chest
Q: Can you put a vertical grip on a rifle pistol?
A: I don’t think so, as that is a rifle feature.
Q: Can you put a rifle stock on a rifle pistol?
A: Only after you get an NFA tax stamp
